Honoring the past.
Hosting the present.
For more than a century, Power Avenue Warehouse has stood as part of Victoria's story. Today, its historic character lives on
as a place where people come together to celebrate life's
most meaning moments.
Rooted in history. Made for gathering.Â
Our Beginnings
A Victoria Landmark
Power Avenue Warehouse's story began with A. Levi & Company's wholesale grocery operations in the 1890s. The Schuhmacher Company later purchased the property and operated its wholesale grocery business here from 1911 to 1952.Â

Today, the warehouse retains reminders of that working past, including original insulated doors and cooling coils and a historic freight elevator. Though no longer operational, the elevator remains a distinctive feature of the building and a connection to its warehouse days.

RESTORATION
Honoring the Legacy
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Texas State Antiquities Landmark, Power Avenue Warehouse holds a special place in Victoria's history.Â
Â
In the late 1990s, a vision to preserve this historic warehouse began its transformation into a place for gathering and celebration. Thoughtful restoration honored the building's distinctive character while giving it a new purpose as Power Avenue Warehouse. That preservation effort earned a Rehabilitation Award from Victoria Preservation, Inc. in 2001 - a legacy we are proud to carry forward today.
OUR CHAPTER
Rooted in Victoria
Born and raised right here in Victoria, we are deeply rooted in this community and grateful for the relationships we’ve built here. From a family wedding in 1999 to milestone celebrations of our own, Power Avenue Warehouse was a part of our family's story long before we became owners in 2024.Â
Â
It is an honor to carry Power Avenue Warehouse into its next chapter, preserving its historic character while welcoming families, friends and neighbors through its doors.

For us, hospitality begins with caring for people. Our hope is that you feel at home here as you create memories of your own within these historic walls. Â
Cheers!
